2024 Exhibitors & Competitions
We will be taking entries online only for the 178th Dutchess County Fair.
Exhibitors: Please scroll down to find the department you wish to enter. Click the link to review the class listing and rules then come back to this page and click any “Enter Online” button to make your entries using the ShoWorks program.
Please note: Entries will open on June 23rd. Most entries close on August 1st. Please check your department/class list for exceptions. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the 2024 Dutchess County Fair!
4-H entries will open July 1st.
Livestock Exhibitors: Please note that camping forms with checks must be mailed to the Fairgrounds this year. Print out the form from the links below, forms must be postmarked by August 1st. Camping forms will not be accepted until entries are completed online
*New for 2024 – All Livestock Exhibitors must have a signed Code of Conduct on file before admission tickets will be handed out.
Horse Show Exhibitors: Please note that stall forms with checks must be mailed to the Fairgrounds this year. Print out the form from the links below. Stall forms will be accepted until August 18th or until stalls are full.
