2024 – 2025 Storage Information & Rates
A) Storage will be for the period of Wednesday Oct. 30, 2024 (heated) through April 5, 2025.
B) INTAKE: All units will be accepted on Thursday, October 31, Friday November 1 between 8am and 3pm; Saturday November 2 between 8am – 11am.
C) HEATED STORAGE will ONLY be accepted Wednesday, October 30th from 8am – 11:30am.
HEATED STORAGE is available for an additional $140 fee payable day of storage. Do NOT include this fee with your signed agreement & storage fee. Be prepared to wait until your unit is accepted. Space is limited and on a first come first serve basis.
D) NO CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT. Your processed payment reserves your space. Your payment will be processed when your reservation is accepted.
E) You may pay by credit card by requesting a Charge Authorization Form from the office. A 3.50% service charge will be added to your payment if paying by credit card.
F) REMOVAL: All units will be removed from buildings, rain or shine, prior to pick up dates. Units can be removed on Thursday, April 3 & Friday April 4 between the hours of 8am – 3pm; Saturday April 5 between the hours of 8am – 11am. All units must be removed from the grounds BEFORE 12 noon on Saturday April 5, 2025.

Motorcycles & Single Jet Skis – $225.00 plus tax $18.28 = Total $243.28

All units/vehicles must be removed from the grounds by 11 AM on Sat. April 6, 2024.
Any unit left on the grounds after the last day of pick up will incur a $50/day fee, payable at the time of pick up.
