AVOID THE LINES Buy your tickets ahead of time at www.dutchessfair.com. Tickets are NOT day specific. Download your ticket(s) BEFORE your arrival on the grounds making sure the barcode is visible.
*www.dutchessfair.com and www.Etix.com are the official websites to purchase all your tickets to the Dutchess County Fair concerts and events. DO NOT purchase your tickets from any other site! We cannot guarantee that tickets purchased from other sources are legitimate. We will not be able to assist you if there is a problem with tickets purchased from other companies.
HEALTH & SAFETY Wash your hands. There are various hand washing and hand sanitizer stations throughout the grounds. Hand washing/sanitizing is a must after visiting livestock attractions, before eating and after using the restroom.
Bring reusable water bottles to stay hydrated throughout the day. There are water refilling stations on the fairgrounds.
PARKING Parking is always free. Our lots are visibly marked. Make note of where you are parked to help find your vehicle at the end of the day.
CHECK THE WEATHER Although it’s always sunny and beautiful in Rhinebeck, sometimes Mother Nature does not play nicely. Check the forecast in case you need to bring sunscreen, a hat, a sweatshirt, or rain gear.
WEAR COMFY SHOES There’s a lot of ground to cover but no worry, there are plenty of places to sit for your convenience.
CHILDREN Take a photo of what your child(ren) is wearing the day you come to the Fair. This can be very helpful to us in case you get separated from them while you are here.
PETS We love animals, but pets are not permitted on the fairgrounds. Please leave them at home. It is against the law to leave your pet in your vehicle. Only Service Dogs are allowed in our facility.
SCOOT A ROUND Wheelchair and stroller rentals are located just within the Main Gate 1 and Ag Hill Gate 2. Visit Scootaround.com or call 888-441-7575 to reserve ahead of time.
BAG CHECK Metal Detectors & bag check is performed at every gate. No weapons of any kind are allowed.
CREDIT CARDS & ATM’s Credit cards are accepted at all admission gates and designated midway ticket booths. ATM machines are located throughout the fairgrounds.
GATES It’s easy to get turned around while attending the Fair. Make note of what gate you entered through so if you need to ask for help, we can get you back to your starting point.
DAILY SCHEDULE The Daily Schedule is available at the gates and on our website dutchessfair.com. Feel free to download our App.
RESTROOMS Look down and follow the yellow line. That will take you directly to our restrooms.
FRIEND FINDER Upon your arrival on the grounds, pick a spot within the fair to meet up with people in your party in case you get separated. We do not page for lost people.
